Tour Member Responsibility
Tour members are responsible for their own actions, driving infractions, insurance, mechanical maintenance of their vehicles. Fuel, toll road fees, meals not included and any personal items..
Rally or Caravan members grant full permission to any and all foregoing use of his/her likeness, including photographs and videotape, for publicity and advertising purposes without compensation. By accepting the tour and making the deposit, registrant(s) understands and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement

RESPONSIBILITY
Management and Responsibilities Mexico Adventures, L.T.D./ Copper Canyon RV Tours (MXA/CCRVT) and/or its agents act only in the capacity as an agent for the passenger in all matters connected with hotels, sighseeingtour, tour, transportation and all other vendors, whether by motorcoach, boat, train, plane or any other means.

MXA/CCRVT Is not responsible for any damage from any cause. MXA/CCRVT and /or its agents are not responsible for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by late departures, change of schedule, strikes or other conditions. Legal proceeding by or against MXA/CCRVT May be instituted only in a state or federal court within the El Paso county state of Texas and any claim involved in such proceedings shall be decided in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

MXA/CCRVT Reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour at any time before of during the actual operation of the tour. The itineraries shown are planned at this time, but are subject to revisions, including the rare substitution of hotels, should circumstances make such changes necessary. It is your responsibility be at the rail road station at the scheduled departure times even in the event of a delay. .
